Do you ship internationally?

Yes. ScallyWings ships worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price and are determined by your local customs authority. Prices will update at cart when destination is selected.

How does shipping and fulfillment work?

Every ScallyWings piece is made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. Once fulfilled, estimated delivery times are: United States: 3–7 business days; International: 7–15 business days. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak seasons. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment facility.

What is your returns and exchange policy?

Accepted Answer

Because each ScallyWings piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no cost if reported within 14 days with photos. Lost packages must be reported within 30 days. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded or replaced. All limited drops are considered final sale once the drop closes. For first-time buyers, a one-time courtesy exchange may be offered at our discretion.

What sizes do you offer?

We currently offer sizes XS through XXL, with select items available up to 3XL. All sizing is standard U.S. retail fit. A sizing chart is available on each product page to help you find the right fit before you suit up.

How do I take care of my ScallyWings gear?

Accepted Answer

To keep your gear mission-ready: machine wash cold, turn garments inside out, hang dry or tumble dry low. Avoid bleach or high heat.

Who manufactures your apparel?

ScallyWings products are produced through a curated network of trusted partners — both in the United States and internationally. Priority is given to U.S.-based production when possible. All products meet strict quality standards.
