International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price and are determined by your local customs authority.

Every ScallyWings piece is made to order. This allows us to maintain quality, reduce waste, and produce intentionally rather than in bulk.
Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.
Once fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:
• United States: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–15 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak seasons.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment facility.

Returns & Exchanges
Because each ScallyWings piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Buyer’s remorse

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you.
To request a replacement:
• Email us within 14 days of delivery
• Include your order number
• Attach clear photos of the issue

All sizing is standard U.S. retail fit—but if you’re between sizes, we recommend going one up.
